Too many new and old organizations are disappearing burning or just not growing enough today. Mostly busy getting into the market and getting out, selling to build more, spending to earn less, in other words turning meritocracy to mediocrity faster than ever before with little investment on effective communication, long term commitment, development of human relationships and genuine organization leadership skills with sheer hope of lasting radical innovation. We simply cannot continue judging our people on basis of education system, or cursing technology penetration, or politicize regulatory enforcements, or lack of long term funding and not learn to effectively collaborate with others. Knowing that change is constant anyways, a little bit of good change with respect integrity and empathy skills for organization design is all that we need to humanize the age-old industrial model running our world even today. Perhaps, this is also the time for us to step away from our navel point a bit, beyond the fear of success and failure and play our role as organization design leaders in constituting a better reality for our children, higher rate of sustenance, growth and discovery for a better future.
